Memorial services will be 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021 with Shane Housley officiating and Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, A Dignity Memorial Provider directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Her brother, Justin Berry; nephew, J.R. Gibson; maternal grandparents Tom and Jean Key; and paternal grandparents, Lewis and Jesse Berry, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her parents, Jane Berry; George Berry; sister, Kimberly Gibson (Rudy); nephew, Cade Gibson; aunt, Patricia Craig (Sammy); aunt, Kay Berry Burkhalter.
Ever since she came charging into the world early 31 years ago, Sarah Berry has been the most courageous, determined, and spunky individual. She faced so many challenges in this life and met them with an extraordinary perseverance. There’s no way to capture the impact she made on her family and friends and all those fortunate to know her. The world lost a special soul and we are comforted (and humored) imagining the sweet reunion with Justin and JR.
Honorary pallbearers are employees of Tuscaloosa City Schools, members of Grace Connection Church, and Godparents Arngie and Aileen Pope.
