Ronald E. Abbott

BROOKWOOD – Ronald E. Abbott, age 72, died July 26, 2023. A Celebration of Ronald’s life will be 6 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2023 at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations with Pastor Curtis Hammonds officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Mr. Abbott was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Sue Abbott; parents, E.J. and Jewell Abbott; and brother, Thomas Abbott.

He is survived by his sons, Kevin R. Abbott (Debra) and Keith Abbott (Tiny); sister, Vicky Cleveland (David); brother, Dale Abbott; grandchildren, Jordan Abbott (Savanna), Rachael Oblak (Jon), Tabitha Abbott (Thomas), Halee Abbott (Jacob), Tiffany Rose (Doug), and Kayla Rose (Brandon); and great-grandchildren, Kylie Hudson, Bryson Williams, Caylson French, Rose Mary Oblak, Jolene Oblak, Slade Abbott, Bethany Oblak, and Addilynn Oblak.

Honorary pallbearers are Brookwood Oilfield Services, Cardiology Consultants,Terry and Bill Raymond, and numerous friends and family.
