TUSCALOOSA | Phillip Matthew Kelley, age 31, of Tuscaloosa, died May 30, 2014, at home. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Heritage Chapel with Mike Watts officiating and Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary A. Cain, James M. Cain, Jr., and Cleo and Crystal Kelley; great-grandfather, James M. Cain, Sr.; and great-grandparents, A. A. and Mary Keasler Smith.
Survivors include his parents, Robin Cain Yvarra, stepfather, Patrick Yvarra, and Phillip E. Kelley; great-grandmother, Rosalind A. Holloman; and girlfriend, Richa Wilson.
Matthew died from complications from diabetes on his 31st birthday.
