Michael Warren Swanger

Michael Warren Swanger, age 53, of Moundville, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Michael was born May 31, 1969 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to the late Franklin D. Swanger and Linda W. Swanger.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and always willing to help others who were in need.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother Steven F. Swanger and both sets of grandparents. Michael is survived by his wife Susan Annette Roberts Swanger; sons Ryan Franklin Swanger of Atlanta, GA, and Benjamin Steven Swanger of Tuscaloosa; grandson Asher Blake Swanger; mother Linda W. Swanger; Aunt Kathy "KiKi" Warren, and his Father and Mother in Law Jim and Gerrie Roberts.

A memorial service for Michael will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Taylorville Baptist Church, 7201 Moundville Lane, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405, with Dr. Donald Payne officiating.
