Luther David Moore, 87, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, passed away on July 26, 2023. Luther is preceded in death by his parents, Luther W. Moore and Clara Hartley Moore. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Moore; daughter, Sherry (Bobby) Anderson; sons, Terry A Moore and Tiger (Deesha) Moore; brothers, Donald Moore and Dan Moore; seven grandchildren and four great-grands. David was the owner of Fast Tire Company and served in the US. Army 82nd Airborne Division. David was an avid hunter and fisherman who also loved gardening. He loved people and talking with friends and family. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 10:00 am at Memory Hill Gardens. Bobby Anderson, Luke Moore, Jon Anderson, Matthew Hartley, Jeff Hartley, Sandy Hartley, and Weston Hartley will be pallbearers. A special thank you to Colin for his wonderful care, along with Ansley and Rachel at Cancer Care Center and Shelley and Pam at the Tuscaloosa VA Hospital.
