James E. Keith

Mr. Keith was preceded in death by his father Fred Keith, his mother Annie Keith, his brothers Clifford Cook Jr., Melvin Cook, and his sisters Debra Keith, and Sherry Keith.

A visitation for James will be held Monday, February 21, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memory Chapel Funeral Home, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Brother Wayne Duran will be officiating.

Mr. Keith is survived by his wife of 42 years Connie Fields Keith of Tuscaloosa, Al., also leaving behind two daughters Brandy Morris (Larry) of Tuscaloosa, Al and Patricia Lancaster (Ricky) of Tuscaloosa, Al. He also leaves behind two brothers Phillip Cook (Kathy) of Tuscaloosa, Al and John Cook (Sherry) of Huntsville, Tx. He also leaves behind three grandchildren: Caitlin Cregar, James Cregar, and Dylan Lancaster. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, that all loved him very dearly.

Mr. Keith loved his wife and his family very much, the only thing that could drag him away was hunting season. He spent most of his life working at DCH in the security department, until he medically retired. He enjoyed spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Pallbearers will be: Dale Cook Jr., Brent Cook, Ronnie Hall Jr., Chandler Hall, Bryant Abston, and Dylan Lancaster

Honorary pallbearers are the security officers of DCH regional medical center.
