COTTONDALE – Eddie Ray Jarvis, Sr., age 65, passed away May 20, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in Memory Hill Gardens with Bro. Rick Davis officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home.
Mr. Jarvis was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and A.J. Jarvis; brother, Arvey Jarvis; sister, Sara Shelton; and grandchildren, Cheyenne, Michael, and Tye.
He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Jarvis; sons, Eddie Jarvis, Jr. (Toni), Andy Jarvis (Jennifer), Shang Jarvis (Cora), and Cory Jarvis; sister, Joyce Grant (Robert, Sr.); brothers, Pete Jarvis (Bobbie) and Von Jarvis (Robin); fourteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and his fiancé, Holly Jones.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Grant, Tim Jarvis, Jamie Fisher, Jeff Jarvis, Jason Jarvis, and Jacob Conner.
Honorary pallbearers are Derrick Williams and Chris Grant, Jr.
