Dorothea is preceded in death by her mother, Rita Daily; father, David Daily; brothers, John Daily, Jim Daily, Phillip Daily; son, Christopher Cook; granddaughter, Patricia Cunningham; She is survived by her spouse, Nancy L. Smith; son, Charles H. Cook III(Kimberley D. Cook); sisters, Barbara Marion, Janet Baker and Anne Corbett; grandchildren, Christopher Taylor, Charles H. Cook IV, Joshua Cunningham, Micah Madison, Christopher Arthur, Domyque Arthur, Rita Cunningham, Mariah Cook, and Malachi Cook; great-grandchildren, Liora Arthur, Joshua Cunningham II, Elizabeth Sigman and Isabella McCall.
