Preceded in death by her husband, Lieutenant Colonel William H. Dobbs, her parents, James Floyd and Essie Blanche Willkie, her sister Ruby McClain, and her brother James Ray Willkie. Born August 28, 1942, in Fyffe, Alabama; graduated Fyffe High School.
Loved to travel and play golf.
Doris is survived by her sister, Jimmie Willett of Good Hope, Georgia, and her two children, Dana Hazen (Scott) of Pleasant Grove, Alabama, and Monica Hobson of Northport, Alabama. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Chloe Hubbard, Camellia Butterfield (Colby), Logan Caffee, and Harrison Aslami, great-granddaughter Oleda Willow Butterfield, and special friends Denny and Carolyn Dahl.
A private burial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.
