Donice Malcolm Green

Donice Malcolm Green, 70, of Brookwood, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at UAB in Birmingham. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 18, 2020 beginning at 2:00pm from Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Provider. Funeral Services will immediately follow at 3:00pm from the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Tony Boyd officiating. Burial will be at Memory Hill Gardens.

Mr. Green was born January 14, 1950 to the late Corthell and Thomas Jr. Green. He was a wonderful husband and father; and a great friend, who spent his life helping others.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Scott Allen Green and one sister Donna Green.

He is survived by his wife, of 48 years, Silva Green; sons Rodney (Carrie) Green and Michael (Amy) Green; a granddaughter, who was his world, Gracie Green; brother Larry (Brenda) Green; neice Denise (Ashley) Griffin and great nephew Deacon Griffin.

Serving as active pallbearers are: Bo Battles, Albert Deason, Kevin Young, Korey Young, Wesley Jones and Dewayne Kennedy.
