Survivors are divorced spouse, Tyrene Lake of Tuscaloosa, AL; daughters, Jodie Ash (Terry) of Cottondale, AL, Hannah Armstrong (Connor) of Colorado Springs, CO, son, Jamie Lake (Jennifer) of Northport, AL; brothers, Bradley Lake (Judy) of Bonaire, GA, Reggie Lake (Ann) of Tuscaloosa, AL; grandchildren, Taylor Jordan (Deeka) of Northport, AL, Sarah Lake (Birmingham, AL), Tori Pate (Preston) of Brookwook, AL, Hayden Lake of Tuscaloosa, AL, Carson Lake Tuscaloosa, AL, Tristen Ash of Cottondale, AL, Anna Lake Tuscaloosa, AL, Aylah Armstrong of Colorado Springs, CO.

Dennis loved and adored his three kids and eight grandchildren. He was greatly loved by his customers, friends, and family. He was a community barber for 43 years.

Pallbearers are Reggie Lake, Jamie Lake, Connor Armstrong, Hayden Lake, Carson Lake, and Terry Ash.

Honorary pallbearers are Bradley Lake.

A visitation for Dennis will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memory Chapel Funeral Home, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Memory Hill Gardens, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405.
