Debra Sue (Spratlin) Hartley was born on July 20, 1957 and passed away on January 14, 2019 and is under the care of Heritage Chapel Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on January 18, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Moundville Baptist Church.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on January 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Moundville Baptist Church.

They are survived by Hayward L. Hartley (Husband), Aimee Marie Hoggle (Bo) (Daughter), Hayward Aaron Hartley (Son), Linda Kay Watson (Sister), Martha Carol Stricklin (Sister), Teresa Gayle Driggers (Sister), Richard Thomas Spratlin, Jr. (Brother), Larry Ted Spratlin (Brother), Taylor Lane Smith (Grandchild), Haley Marie Hoggle (Grandchild), Abigail Patricia Hoggle (Grandchild).

Serving as pallbearers are Taylor Smith, John McClellan, Brandon Watson, Richard Stricklin, Matthew Stricklin, Jacob Stricklin.
