Carolyn Smith Watkins

A graveside service will be held on June 10, 2023, at Memory Hill Gardens Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Service will be officiated by Lindsey Watkins.

Carolyn was born and raised in the Brookwood Community and graduated from Brookwood High School.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her brothers, Earnest M. Martin "Sonny" and James Martin; her father Troy Martin; her mother Goldie E. Martin; her daughter-in-law Joy Smith; her first husband Fred M. Smith; and her stepdaughter Kim Wood.

Carolyn is survived by her spouse Charles Watkins; her sons Rand Smith (Susan), Rodney Smith (Kathy), and Reggie Smith; her stepdaughter Liz Silvernale, and her stepson David Watkins. She also has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers will be; Brant Smith, Justin Smith, Nathan Barron, Jacob Tutwiler, Eugene Watkins, and Rodney Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be; Dr. Anand Pandey, Dr. Jennifer Burdette, Amedisys Hospice, and Paulette Feidak.
