Barbara Joan Herring, age 75 of Brookwood, Alabama passed away on February 19, 2024 at home. A Graveside Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Memory Hill Gardens with Bro. David Beard officiating.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Annie Bell Martin; brother, Rod Martin; in laws, Jessie Herring Sr. and Ethel Herring, and brother-in-law Johnny Price Sr.
She is survived by her husband, Jessie Herring, Jr.; daughter, Traci Dorrough (Bill); son, Kenny Herring (Tammy); sisters, Judy Beard (Tommy) and Mary Hallman (Bill); brothers, Ronnie Martin (Pam) and Gary Martin (Barbara); sister-in-law Doris Price; grandchildren, Cody Leger, Brittney Dickey (Nick), Abby Leger, and Austin Herring (Cade).
Pallbearers will be Stephen Beard, Nick Dickey, Devin Leger, Johnny Price Jr., Jordan Freeman and Corey Turner.
