It is with sadness that the family of Shirley Morrow announces her passing on October 8 in Hughson after a long illness. She was born on September 9, 1935 in Gridley, CA. to Jack and Geneva Harlan. She graduated from Turlock High School in 1954 and lived in Hilmar, Ceres and Modesto during her adult life. She worked at Memorial Hospital and Doctors Hospital in Modesto until her retirement.
She enjoyed crafting, painting, crocheting and her family and friends are glad to have many of her creations to remember her by. She loved of all animals especially her cats. She was known by all as a very kind hearted loving person. She was a member of Harvest Presbyterian Church of Ceres.
Shirley is survivors by her Husband of 24 years Roger Morrow of Hilmar, Father, Jack A Harlan of Hilmar, Son- Stanley Gary of Sacramento, 3-Step-sons- Dan Morrow and his wife Stephanie of Elizabeth lake, CA, John Morrow and Charles Morrow of Redding, CA, two Step-Daughters- Jaime Dunn and her husband John of Turlock and Andrea Vukusic and her husband Zoran of Seattle, Washington. Brothers- Jack Harlan and his wife Carole of Turlock and James Harlan and his wife Cheryl of Turlock. Granddaughter- Robin Henley her husband Michael of Hilmar, eight-step-Grandchildren, and 2-Great-Grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her son- Steven Morrow, Mother- Geneva Harlan and her brother Michael Harlan,
She will be remembered at a funeral service Monday, Oct. 14, at 10a.m. at the Harvest Presbyterian Church, 1813 Moffett Rd. Ceres, Ca. A visitation is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 8p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main St. Turlock, CA
