Paulina C. Bento

Paulina is survived by: daughter Helena Kawano of San Jose; daughter Delia Bento of Turlock; son Armando Bento (Rosa) of Turlock; son José Gabriel Bento of Turlock; son Duarte Bento (Michelle) of San Jose; son Richard Bento of Turlock; sister Maria Silveira of San Mateo; sister Maria Do Pilar of Santa Lusia, Terceira, Açores; sister Deolinda Melo of Lajes, Terceira, Açores; sister Odete Freitas of San Mateo; sister Angelina Damiao of Turlock; sister Olympia Tristao of Lajes, Terceira, Açores; brother Raimundo Rocha of Tracy; brother Teotonio Rocha of Turlock; and brother Luis Rocha of Tracy. Mrs. Bento also leaves behind thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins to honor her memory.

She was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Bento in 1996, her daughter Ana Paul Reis, and her parents Maria de Pilar and Raimundo Caetano Da Rocha.

A visitation for Mrs. Paulina C. Bento will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service: 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California. There will be a recitation of the rosary followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 AM on Monday, April 22, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church: 1200 Lyons Avenue, Turlock, California. She will be laid to rest at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery: 490 Lincoln Street, Santa Clara, California.
