Mr. Manuel Silveira Dias, age 80 “Entered into Rest” on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at his home in Turlock, CA. He was born in Flamingos, Faial, Azores and has lived in Turlock for 46 years. Mr. Dias was a dairy milker for 30 years and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Regina Dias of Turlock; One Son – Fernando Manuel Dias and His Wife Kathy of Stevinson; One Daughter – Fernanda Brown and Her Husband Mike of Stevinson; Sister – Alina Lopes of Turlock, ; Two Sister-in-Laws – Conceição Dias of Hilmar, CA and Rita Dias of the Azores;

Brother-in-Law & Sister-in-Law – Jose & Berta Lopes of Turlock; Four Grandchildren – Jon Dias, Christie Willbanks, Tiffany Draper and Ryan Brown; One Great Grandchild – Miranda Willbanks; Various Nieces and Nephews in California and the Azores.

Services: Visitation – Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. and both will be held at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel, 286 W. Main St., Turlock. Funeral Mass – Friday, January 30, 2015, 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1200 Lyons Ave., Turlock. Interment – Following the Funeral Mass at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N.
