Herman Quaresma Silva

Mr. Herman Silva entered into rest in Turlock, CA at the age of 73, and was born in Calheta do Nesquim, Pico, Azores, he was a dairyman for 41 years and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Hilmar.

Survivors: His wife, Maria Filomena Silva of Hilmar

Daughter, Annette Andrade and her husband Glenn of Orangevale, CA

Step-Daughter, Nedia Dinis of Stevinson. 4 Brothers; Manuel Silva of Napa, Alfredo Silva, Luciano Silva and Marcelino, all of Pico. Sister, Maria Adelaide Oliveira of Pico. 4 Grandchildren; Matthew Garcia, Kayla Garcia both of Turlock, Lizandro Bettencourt and Izabel Bettencourt both of Stevinson. 2 Great-Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his first wife, Georgina Silva in 1999.
