Frank is survived by his spouse of fifty-one years, Debbie Ramos; his son Mark Ramos (Tanya); and his son John Ramos (Pearl) all of Modesto. Frank also leaves behind his grandchildren Colin, Rowan, and Chloe Ramos to honor his memory.
Frank was preceded in death by his father Antonio Ramos, his mother Belmira Cunha and his brother Tony Ramos.
A Visitation for Frank will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 West Main, Turlock, CA 95380.
A Recitation of the Rosary and Funeral Mass will occur Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 2602 South Walnut Road, Turlock, CA 95380.
A Committal Service will occur Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 North Soderquist Road, Turlock, CA 95380.
Serving as pallbearers are Colin Ramos, Rowan Rose-Ramos, Anthony Ramos, Andrew Ramos, Justin Ramos, and Jimmy Martin.
