Eurico R Dias, age 74, of Modesto, California passed away at his home, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. Eurico was born March 15, 1947 in Santa Barbara, Terceira, Açores to Alexandrina Rocha and Fernando Dias.
Eurico is survived by his spouse of 48 years, Filomena B. Dias of Modesto; his son Louie B. Dias of Sacramento; his son Eric B. Dias (Yasmine) of Modesto; and his daughter Alexandra Fogli (John) of Walnut Creek; Eurico is also survived by his mother-in-law Maria das Neves Barcelos of Modesto and his sister Maria João Melo of Terceira Açores. Eurico also leaves behind his six grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Nicolo, Marco, Natalia, Sophia, and Daniella to honor his memory.
Eurico is preceded in death by his parents; Alexandrina Rocha and Fernando Dias along with his four brothers; Fernando Dias, Jose R. Dias, John R. Dias, and Carlos R. Dias.
A visitation for Eurico will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California.
A recitation of the rosary followed by funeral mass will occur Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 9:30 AM Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, 1813 Oakdale Road, Modesto, CA 95355 followed by the committal service at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 1141 Scenic Drive, Modesto, California.
Serving as pallbearers are Raymond Dias, Fernando DIas, Danny Dias, Junior Dias, Gary Dias and John Fogli.
