Ruth Arlene Richmond passed away March 1, 2022. She was born on Tuesday October 29, 1929. Her parents were Frank and Gertrude Sprong. She left behind one son William E Richmond Jr. Two grandchildren Richard Richmond and Heather Cumberworth and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She has lived on Offut Lake since 1972. She was in the Army in the medical core. She will be missed by all.
