She had resided at Capitol Place, Olympia for 3 1/2 years, before that she lived in Centralia and Rochester since 1951.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyal in 1988 and two daughters (Marilyn Lansler and Miriam Montgomery), 4 sisters (Florence, Velma, Beulah, and Rhonda).
She is survived by 3 daughters and their husbands; Diane Johnston (Bob) of Shelton, Judy Pope (LeeRoy) of Olympia, and Elaine Doughty (Monty) of Maple Valley. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews in the Portland area.
Lois was a member of Sleater Kinney Road Baptist Church for many years. She loved to read both of the Lord, christian books and politics, keeping up with what's going on now. She loved the Lord and taught good news club once a week and in the summer did a 5 day christian club.
She went home to be with the Lord peacefully.
