Kelli Anne Wilson 20, Loving daughter, sister and friend was tragically killed in a car accident in Oklahoma on April 15th. She was born in Roseville Ca. on October 16th 1995 to Alec and Esther Wilson. The family moved from the North side of the Sierra Nevada's to Washington in 2002 and settled in the Shelton Wa area in 2003. Kelli attended the Orthodox Presbyterian Church from the age of 4. She formalized her membership in Olympia in 2009.
She is survived by her sisters Sondra Peabody Maggie of Ione Ca., Emily McAlister of Olympia WA, Morgan Wilson, and brother Stephen McAlister of Midwest City Oklahoma. She also leaves her step sisters Jana Carpenter and Kelsey Heinrich, and step mother Julie Heinrich-Wilson all of Midwest City Oklahoma.
Kelli was a 2014 graduate of Shelton High school and lettered in Cross country in her Sophomore year. She loved drawing, reading, and creative writing- her life plan started with putting her life on hold to take care of her dad who is fighting a battle with cancer- she was enrolling to become an EMT in the Fall.
All who knew her loved and adored her. She loved animals- especially cats. She loved mountain hikes, cold mountain lakes for swimming and anything that got her out in nature. She was fiercely loyal to everyone she loved. If she loved you, you were "her person"
Our hearts will never be as full as they once were- but Kelli, our silly, joyful, beautiful girl- is with her Lord who now enjoys her laughter and her cuddles.
There will be a visitation in honor of Kelli on Friday, April 29th, 2016 from 11am to 1pm at Mills and Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater WA 98512, and a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at Bible Presbyterian Church at 2039 Sleater Kinney Rd NE, Olympia, WA 98506, on Sat., April 30th, 2016 at 1pm.
