Miss you Geoffrey, the stories, food, wine, beer, friendship, thanks for teaching me the art of home brewing......gone but never forgotten my friend........Prost!

Hi Geoff,  I miss you so much!  I want to pick up the phone and call you.  Just want to hear you laugh and hear the smile in your voice.  I can see you now.  I can see your smile and feel your heart.  You gave your heart to everyone.  Sometimes you are in my dreams....very random dreams, but you are there.  I take peace in that.  I love you so very much and miss you more than I can say.  I push the loss from my memory at times.  I want to make myself not remember that you are no longer physically here with us, but I do make myself remember that you are here in spirit and in our memories.  Miss and love you.

So it's been a year.... and I still miss you every day dad. Nothing could have prepared me for this. Brenna, John, and I try to keep your memory alive. We baked you a blue birthday cake last year, put up all of your ornaments on our tree, and we have paper lanterns that we are writing messages on to release to the heavens of all of the things we want to say to you. It's truly not the same here without you. So many times I have wanted to call you for advice, or text you about some exciting news, or plan our next visit... but then I realize, sometimes in the midst of doing one of these things, that I can't. Thankfully it's then that your amazingly smart and sensitive little grand-daughter who, reminds me so much of you, will gently tell me that all I have to do is say your name and you are sitting there next to me, reminding me that to have patience, think it through, stop being so stubborn, and above all that you love me. I love you dad. I tell Brenna what you always told me when I was little, and scared that something would happen to you or mom. You told me that if I concentrated and called out I could talk to anyone, alive or dead, in my dreams. All I would ever have to do is believe. I know I will see you again someday. Until then, just like you've always taught me, I'll see you in my dreams daddy.

Geoffrey is the best man I've ever met.He's my Grandpa and is so sweet.I love how he cooks his famous taco's.I love him so much.I just know he's looking down on us proudly :-)

That being said: thank you for being part of our lives. Our beautiful daughter, Meghann Nicole Nordstrom, inherited the very best of you inside and out. I wish you all the best in your future travels.  May the blessings be!

I miss you more than words can describe. I think I am having a harder time now than I did last year. I love you so much and I wish I could talk to you every day. You are the best step-dad any kid could wish for. You have changed my life forever, my love for you keeps growing and we will make sure our kids know all about their wonderful grandpa.The memory of you will never grow dim. I can't wait for the day when I can see you again and have one of your amazing hugs.

It has been nearly a year since I last heard your voice, and I have missed that so much.  We are fortunate to live in an age of technology that has left you with us in voicemail and videos, but they still don't substitute for hearing you now, cheerful and laughing.  As I think about it, I can't recall even a single phone call, or a visit, at which you weren't laughing and cheerful, and without any complaints in life.  What I can recall is the excitement in your voice retelling sailing race stories and your concern for everyone else in the family.

We have missed you so Geoff, but you'll always be with us in our hearts and the wonderful memories you've left us.

Well Geoff it's been over a year since God called you home. There really aren't any words that can express how much we all miss you. It's just alot!  We are grateful to God for the abundance of memories and good times we had while we were together. We are comforted to know that we will be reunited again oneday in heaven, so for now, keep a watch over us and say a prayer for us.  Keep working on those beer recipies, enjoy the magnificent views, climb those mountains, and sail those beautiful waters!  Save us a cloud, see you again someday!  Love Steve!

Hi my dearest brother Geoff.  It has taken me awhile to write on this page.  As you probably already know, my emotions of you not being here on earth come and go in waves.  You were such an amazing, dear brother to me. 
You hold a special place in my heart.  I miss you. Thank you for your unconditional love,kindness, and a listening ear.  I believe you are receiving many rewards in heaven.  Love you so much and miss you more than anyone could know.  I can't wait to see you again one day. XOXO Your sis.

I remember Geoffrey's squeaky voice and unique chuckle from phone calls and a few brief trips to the Fresno office of ID Technology. His optimistic views and cheerful nature came through. I am very sorry for your loss, and extend my sympathy to the family.

Out thoughts and prayers go out to Geoffrey and his family. We worked together for 25 years and he will be missed. Geoffrey was a great guy and always upbeat and fun to be around. God Bless.
