Donald W. Huston passed peacefully in the loving presence of his wife Donna M. Huston of 57 years on April 17, 2020, at their home in Lacey, WA. Eager to arrive on this earth, he was born in the middle of the old dirt road on the family farm known as “The Old Place” to Ira and Agnes (Wheeler) Huston on June 17, 1938, in Littlerock, WA. He was the last survivor of the old guard in the family and was considered the King of the family. He is survived by his wife Donna, son Duane, daughter Debra, five grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces who will miss him dearly.
With a twinkle in his eye, he would tell the most outrages stories and make you have a good belly laugh. He was a prankster in his younger days (never lost that spirit), a medical technician in the military (intelligent and knowledgeable), a committed family man (57 years of marriage), took on big government in his mid-years (a fighter), always trying new things (entrepreneur, inventor) and fought for justice and safety for all Americans till the end (caring and loving man).
A unique individual is what he was, and he will always be looking out for all his loved ones as he soars with the eagles in the heavens. 17-17-17
