Delbert W. Lord, 92, of Yelm, passed away at home on February 11, 2012. He was born on October 11, 1919 in Meriden, Kansas to David and Bessie (Thomas) Lord. Delbert proudly served in the U.S. Army during the South Pacific conflict. On March 8, 1947 he married the love of his life, Mary Hauck, and together raised 4 children; 1 son, Randy, and 3 daughters, Gail, Diana and Roxanne.
An Inurnment Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 3, 2012, in the Yelm Cemetery,11540 Cemetary Road SE, Yelm, WA 98597, with Military Honors proveded by the U.S. Army.
