Charles M. Jones, 87, of Olympia, passed away at home on June 8, 2012. He was born on March 3, 1925 to John and Ethel (Commet) Jones in Reedley, California. Charles has one surviving sibling, his sister, Esther Hendricksen. All through his life, Charles loved collecting antique automobiles and returning them to mint condition. Charles also owned and operated 3 businesses, Chuck’s Auto Wrecking, Jones Septic Service, and Southgate Pawn Shop all in Tumwater, Washington.
Charles is survived by his 5 children, Sharon (Bill) Osborn, Richard Jones, Crystal (Bill) Nolet, Darlene Anderson, and Lawrence (Charlene) Jones, 9 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren. Sadly, he was preceded in death by grandson, Robert Meadors.
