I grew up with Carrie . We went to the same schools, she was always in a great mood and brightened every room she was in. She will be missed, one special sole taken way to soon.

Carrie and I went to high school together. I have such fond memories of those times together.  She was an awesome mom, her smile was contagious and she was such an amazing, beautiful person.

I also worked with Carrie, but all the way here in Spokane.  Our job duties intermingled and while never actually meeting Carrie, I loved our interactions and the opportunity to work with her.  She was always so kind and patient and always had kind words for everyone.  I had always hoped for the chance to meet her in person. I see that my experiences with her were not exclusive and I believe the world has become a bit darker without her light in it.  Blessings to her family and friends.

Carrie was the sunshine in our office, always a smile or a word of support. I know she is resting in God's arms. My Prayers go out to her family and her beautiful girls. 

I have worked with Carrie since starting at the Adams building in 2015. Carrie was actually one of the people that was on my interview panel. 
She was the (only one) that gave me smiles during my stressful interview. Carrie helped me make it through that, with her pretty smiles.
I'll miss our talks, her supportive words and her smile and laughter. 
Carrie made the office fun and you could tell when she was in the office and when she was not.

I met Carrie because of Pam Johnson. We would get together periodically to have a drink and talk "girl" stuff which involved a lot of laughing. She was such a bright spirited person. I will miss her. 

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and beautiful girls. The world is definitely smaller. 

Carrie was a ray of light - radiant and full of life.  There will be a deep void in her absence.  Carrie, we will miss you dearly.

I worked with Carri, what can I say, she was a ray of sunshine to everyone who had the pleasure to know her.  There wasn't a day that I would stop by her desk that she was smiling. Carrie you will be missed by so many.  To her family know that you all  are in my prayers.

Carrie and I worked together for several years at the state. I remember when she first started in my section, her and a couple other people. I helped train them. Carrie was a ray of sunshine with a very friendly and sweet personality. She was so very proud of her two daughters. She had a Seattle Sounders license plate on her desk, so we talked about them often. Whenever I’d see her in the office or out shopping at Costco, she always had a big smile. You will be missed by all who knew and loved you. Prayers to your daughters and family. See you again someday.

When you think about people who light up a room with their presence, that was Carrie.   The first time I met her it was easy to tell that she was a warm and kind person.  I can't ever remember a time that she wouldn't go out of her way to say hello and ask how you were doing, or tell you a funny story about something that was going on in her life.   Carrie you're bright smile will be greatly missed. 

Carrie was the positive I looked forward to at work everyday ... she will truly be missed. 

Carrie was always such a positive and happy person. Her light will be missed. 

I met Carrie through her mom Patti. Patti and I worked together. I loved when she came in to visit and talk to her mom as the two of them were so funny together. They acted and looked like sisters. It was beautiful. My heart hurts for her daughters and Patti and her entire family. You will be missed Carrie. Rest In Peace sweet lady. 

My husband and I worked with Carrie. There was no one nicer or more kind! I enjoyed her Facebook posts since we retired and left the area. They showed her positive outlook, love of family and friends, and what a truly wonderful individual she was. We are praying for her family during this time. 

Carrie, you were always a joy to those around you and will be missed so much. See you again someday...❤

Carrie was a beautiful person.  I worked with her mom Patti & Carrie at DOL.  She was such a happy smiling young woman.  So very beautiful inside & out.  When I learned of her passing I was at a loss for words.  My heart breaks for Patti , Mike , her girls & family.  My love & prayers to them all.  💔🙏🏻

Carrie and I worked for the same state agency. When we were required  to move from our office in Lacey to downtown Olympia, Carrie was the first person I met in the office. Immediately I noticed her stunning physical beauty, but that was quickly and surprisingly eclipsed by her warmth, radiant smile, and friendly personality. Although we worked on opposite sides of the building, we connected with one another and enjoyed every encounter at work and outside of the office. She was always consistently a joy to be around and I will miss the sunshine she brought in to our office.  Her love of life and her enthusiasm as a mother to her teenage daughters was so evident. Every conversation we had included the activities she had planned with her daughters. Lindsay and Paisley, your mom loved you both to eternity and beyond. I know you’ll miss her even more than the rest of us altogether. You will both be in my heart and in my prayers.  

I met Carrie through our girls Lindsay & Hailey they were in elementary school together, did ycare/childcare together and played some volleyball  together, Carrie and I would talk at volleyball games about raising our daughters, their futures, struggles and give each other advice. She would talk about Lindsay & Paisley all the time. Her contagious smile (that could light up a room) and giggle/laugh was always something that you would definitely hear and see when coming in contact with Carrie. Carrie your spark for life will be missed, but will live on through your girls Lindsay & Paisley!

Carrie always had a beautiful smile every time I saw her.  She had a great outlook on life and was so positive about life.  She always loved to talk about Lindsey and Paisley.    She will be missed.    

Carrie was a great person.  I really enjoyed camping and riding ATVS  with her and Dave.  Carrie was a great life companion for my best friend David Hodel.  I will miss her infectious smile.

I met Carrie and Paisley about 4 years ago. Our girls were playing soccer together. We had so many fun conversations about everything. Then later Lindsay and our older daughter played volleyball together. More fun times. I will cherish the memories. Carrie always had such an amazing outlook on life. A sweet heart gone way too soon! 
You will be missed and you were loved by many!

Lindsey and Ashley have been friends since elementary school. Carrie and I got to know each other through volleyball games and sleepovers. She is a beautiful soul and we will miss her. Even when we would stress over our strong minded teenage girls we could always laugh together.   I know you’ll be watching over them. Rest In Peace Carrie..Jenn 

I can still feel the smack on the back Carrie gave me at the first Kid Rock concert we went to. Rev Run from Run DMC joined Kid Rock on stage and she was so excited that she smacked me on the back so hard I almost threw my camera. Then she kept smacking me in the same spot as she was having a good time, lol I was too. I can still feel those smacks when I think about that concert. Best part was when she asked me about the bruise on my back and I told her it was the hazards of being her shortcake friend. We laughed until we had tears in our eyes. 

Carrie was a coworker at DOL and I loved going over to her section. She was a breath of fresh air, fun loving, patient with everyone and treated everyone equal and included.  She spent time with me as a friend sharing rough times we were going through in our lifes. She loved her girls. God was always there in her love, she loves those were her 'life'.  She called me up to do a senior high portrait for Lindsay and it was great to meet her girls Lindsay and Paisley.  Carrie to me is a blessing to every person she meets. She will still be with us in spirit and she'll be in heaven with God and other loved ones. You will be missed here from many Carrie.
