Wilma Dorothy Frank, 88, of Oro Valley, Arizona passed away on September 2, 2017. She was born in Hysham, Montana on January 2, 1929 and was a graduate of Fort Collins High School. Wilma was married to Ralph Frank on November 23, 1954. She spent many of her years as a hairdresser. Her passions were her family, dancing and traveling the Pacific coast with her husband, Ralph in their RV. Wilma is survived by her daughters, Cynthia (Joseph) Waldschmitt and Constance Frank Lockhart; grandchildren, Spencer (Maryanne) Eaton, Samantha (Chris) Palmer, Natalee (Micah) Kellers, Coltere Lockhart, Alexandra Lockhart, Morgan Lockhart and great grandchildren, Reagan and Maggie Palmer and Bodie, Quinn and Reese Kellers. A committal service will be held on October 3, 2017 at 11:00 am at Grandview Cemetery, 1900 W Mountain Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80521.
