William was born February 1, 1961 in Dubuque, Iowa, to William and Mary O’Dell.
Growing up in a military family, he lived in many different states and in Europe, until his father retired from the Army. They settled in Wisconsin for many years, until Arizona became his home.
His career spanned many decades in the restaurant business. During this time he met Maria, who would become his wife and in 2001 they welcomed their daughter Kathleen. He was devoted in love to his family throughout his life.
William is preceded in his death by his loving parents, William and Mary, his younger brother David, and his nephew Antonio.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Maria and his daughter Kathleen, his siblings Roxanne, Robert, and Suzanne and his nephews, Daniel, Joseph and Nicolas.
A celebration of his life and memorial service will be held on October 17, 2022, 12:00 pm at East Lawn Palms Mortuary & Cemetery, 5801 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ.
He will be missed by family and friends so very much.
