Passed away at his home where he wanted to be on June 13, 2013, he was born on May 14, 1922 in Vineland, N.J. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty and son William A. Kaercher, and his second wife Lucile Kaercher.
William is survived by his son's David (Carol) and Kenneth Kaercher; step-daughter Denesia and her family; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. William joined the Cost Guard in 1940 and traveled the world and then later was discharged with Honors. In 1964 William brought his family to Tucson, AZ where he worked for the Tucson School System. When he retired he moved to Corona De Tucson. Services will be held at a later date and time.
