Wesley James Doonan

Wesley James Doonan, beloved Father, Brother, Grandfather, Cousin passed away on May 8th, 2023. Wesley was 51 years old and passed away in Tucson, Arizona after succumbing to his injuries from a traumatic Motorcycle accident surrounded by his family and friends on May 8, 2023.

Born in Washington state, Wesley grew up in Tucson, Arizona. He went to Marana school district.

Wesley was preceded in death by his parents Patricia & Thomas Doonan, grandparents Hollis & Jessie Kembel, Mary & Harry Doonan. Wesley is survived by his son, Harley Doonan, Sister Deborah Jones, Brother Tom Doonan, Cousin Corrine Wilhite (Anthony), Granddaughter Neveah, Aunts, numerous 2nd cousins and friends. Wesley was loyal to the end. If he was your friend or family, you knew it and he had your back.

Wesley enjoyed Cars and Motorcycles and working on them. His joy was to be riding on his Harley with the wind in his hair. He also enjoyed being a Tattoo artist and was incredibly creative & artistic. He was an avid lover of dogs all his life. His dogs enjoyed their Harley rides.

A Memorial service will be held at on May 27, 2023 @ 3pm or after the bike ride in Wesley’s name @ the Wagon Wheel bar in Avra Valley on Picture Rocks. In lieu of flowers, consider donating to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in honor of his father.
