The family of Virginia Joan Vance, age 88, of Tucson, Arizona, is saddened to announce that she passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024. She is preceded in death by husband, Fred L. Vance; mother, Mary J. Carter, and father Orval F. Carter. She is survived by her daughter, Jeannine Jewell; 3 step children, Sarah, Hobey and Susan.
