Virginia E. Bowen 71, of Tucson passed away on her birthday, October 17, 2011. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Robert and her daughter, Debbie. She is survived by her sisters, Bonnie (Gary) and Lonnie (John); one niece, one nephew and wife, two great-nieces and many friends. Virginia was a fun-loving individual and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Rd., Tucson, Arizona
