Susie Q as I used to call her was a dear friend of mine.  I met Susie in the 2nd grade.  We were friends since then.  We always kept in touch through out the years.  In our early 20s, we would go to the gym to work out together and afterwards drink our smoothies!   I got married in Dec 1985 by the courts and Susie was our witness!  Susie worked for the  County for many years as I did.  She was a beautiful lady and very intelligent.  Everywhere she went she stood out.  I just found out today she passed away almost three years ago.  I am shocked and very saddened by the news.  My deepest sympathy and condolences to Nettie and Gilbert and the rest of her relatives.  May she rest in peace.
