Susan is survived by her sons Scott Cupell and Todd Cupell; her grandchildren Sydney Cupell and Austin Cupell. She was preceded in death by her father Francis and mother Frances Bean; and her brother Alan Bean.
Susan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Tucson, AZ in 1965. Majoring in Business Education and a minor in Economics, she was a Pi Omega Pi Business Education Honorary, and also had a Masters in Business Education from, the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ 1968. She was a business education teacher from 1965-1990 and held various administrative positions in the behavioral health industry. Susan's special interests and hobbies included sewing, reading, cooking, travel, and was a member of the Parkinson's Support Group of Green Valley.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Parkinson's Support Group of Green Valley or Michael J. Fox Foundation.
A funeral service for Susan will be held Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside service will occur Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A reception will occur Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
