Shirley Elaine Bunn

Shirley Elaine Bunn, 87, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024. She was born in Phenix City, Alabama, and lived a life full of love, joy, and cherished memories. Shirley had a special passion for watching wrestling. She enjoyed spending time with her family, who brought her great happiness and love. Shirley cherished her family, as well as the time she spent with them, creating lasting memories, as well as valuable lessons that will be treasured and imprinted on her loved ones' hearts forever. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend, whose spirit will forever live in the hearts of the ones she loved.

She is survived by her devoted grandson, Daniel Peddy Sr., his wife Karla Gonzalez and their children, Daniella, Daniel Jr., Dominic, and David Peddy; Grandchildren Michael and Brian Turner; Granddaughter Jennifer Peddy-Berg, her husband Matthew Berg, and their children, Orlin and Malie. Shirley is also lovingly remembered by her daughter Tina (Bunn) Smith, her children Joey Smith and Jaime Vigil, her children and grandchildren, Catherine (Elifritz) Nelson, Raechel, Logan, Brady Elifritz, Bryce Vigil, Kingston Vigil, Bronx, Emilia, and Penelope.

A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at East Lawn Palms Mortuary, Tucson, Arizona, on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor her memory, share stories, and find comfort in remembering the remarkable woman she was.
