Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Zayde
July 15, 1930 - November 11, 2017
Roy was born in New York and escaped the cold weather by moving his family to Tucson in 1961 to start a new printing business. He enjoyed the Tucson lifestyle and was happy when more family followed him to the desert. Golfing, bowling, photography and visiting the casino were a few of his favorite hobbies.
If a fuss was made over him, it made him uncomfortable and nervous. That said, he would love to see his family together today, celebrating his life. He rarely spoke but when he did, it was surprisingly humorous or wise. Today, we remember Roy Bart as not just a wonderful father and husband, but also as a wonderful man who loved life.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Stan, and his wife Marilyn. He is survived by his brother Harvey, his daughters Aileen (Denny), Sharon and Mindy (Frank), six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
