Rose Calderon

September 5, 1935 - September 27, 2022 (age 87)

Rose Calderon, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2022. She was born in Tijuana, Baja Mexico on September 5, 1935 and died peacefully surrounded by family in Tucson, Arizona on September 27, 2022.

She leaves behind her children; Johnny R. Castro (Lisa), Mark Castro (Katherine), Sandy Csiha (Andrew), Ruben Pacheco, and Richard Pacheco. In addition, she is survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Ricky Castro, her father Jose Calderon and her mother Maura Vargas.

Rose’s joys in life were knowing the Lord Jesus Christ, sharing the gospel to whomever would listen and raising her beloved family.

Our family would like to extend sincere gratitude to All Comforts of Home memory care and Bristol Hospice for the loving and exceptional care given to Rose.

A visitation for Rose will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at East Lawn Palms Mortuary & Cemetery, 5801 E. Grand Rd, Tucson, AZ 85711. A celebration of life and Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 9:30 AM. Reception to follow.
