Rose (Jacobs) Jensen, age 91, of Tucson passed away on February 18th at Tucson Medical Center. Rose was born on April 29th in 1931, in Tucson. She graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy. She was married to her husband Keith Jensen for more than 61 years. Rose worked for Southern Arizona Bank and Denton Real Estate. She was active in the Catholic church. She loved gardening and had an affinity for growing roses. She was an excellent cook and collected many cookbooks.
Rose was proceeded in death by her husband Keith and her son Keith Owen. She is survived her sons Cary and Kenneth, as well as her daughter Christina.
Rose was also proceeded in death by her parents Arthur Jacobs and Rosa Jacobs, and brother Arthur Jacobs Jr. She is survived by her sister Patricia (Jacobs) Gransie.
Visitation will be held at East Lawn Mortuary on Tuesday February 28th at 1 PM. Services for family and friends will follow at 2 PM.
