Mr. Baker was an expert map-reader with a BA in geography and an MLS in Library Science both from the U of A. Born in Greensburg, PA March 16, 1943, Mr. Baker was with the Tucson City Clerk for 29 years. There is no immediate family left, but relatives are scattered across America, especially still in Pennsylvania.
