Dr. Ralph M. Ramlow, 90, was born July 24, 1926 and passed away on January 12, 2017, at La Posada in Green Valley, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edna (Bender) and Louis Ramlow, and son, Robert Ramlow. He is survived by his wife, Margaret "Maggie" (Anderson) Ramlow; daughter Susan Brezny; and grandsons, Nicholas and Collin Brezny. Ralph attended Washburn High School in South Minneapolis and became a radioman on a ship in the Pacific during World War II. After the war, he attended the University of Minnesota and earned his medical degree. He joined a practice on St. Paul's west side, and then co-founded Westview Clinic in the Signal Hills Shopping Center. The clinic eventually moved into its new building on Emerson Avenue South. A memorial service is planned for February 2, 2017, in Green Valley, where he and Maggie have been living, since 1988. Services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Desert Hills Lutheran Church, 2150 S. Camino del Sol, in Green Valley.
