Rafael Gastelum, age 87 passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024. He was born in San Blas, Sinaloa Mexico on September 22, 1937 to Rafael Gastelum and Natalia Cota. Rafael lived in Arizona for about 37 years and during that time, he dedicated many years to the landscaping industry while working with various foster homes. Shortly before, he had the opportunity to graduate from an Academy, where he received his diploma in finance/accounting. In 1958, he met and married Elda Luz Gutierrez and began their journey while starting a family. Rafael was a devoted Catholic and a family man. His hobbies and passions included dancing, going for walks and of course singing. He is proceeded and death by his wife Elda Luz Gastelum. He is survived by; Magdalena, Viri, Karen, Adle and grandson; Valentine. Rafael will be deeply missed by his close family and those who got to know him.
