Nina Andrea Brower

Nina Andrea Brower, age 40, was born in Tucson, Az to Reuben and Alice Islas. Nina lived a life of nothing but passion. Passion for her children, family, and friends. Nina was bigger than life. She was always the loudest person in the room. Nina had the most infectious laugh. Growing up, Nina was full of adventure, and getting into trouble any chance she could. Yet, Nina never failed to make people smile amidst the chaos. Her greatest joy in life were her children. She will be eternally missed for her huge personality, sense of humor, her caring nature, and love for everyone around her. Though this is a heartache words don’t have the capacity to express, she would’ve wanted her journey to heaven be filled with the best memories. Nina is survived by her three children, Selena, Sabrina, and Jesse Jr., along with her parents Reuben and Alice Islas, her brother Saul Reuben Islas (Valeria), and three nieces Milan, Isabelle, and Meilanie. Respects can be paid at South Lawn August 16th at 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, Az at 5pm and at St Johns the Evangelist Church Thursday at 10am, 602 W Ajo Way, Tucson, Az.

A visitation for Nina will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A rosary service will occur Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 602 W Ajo Way, Tucson, AZ 85713. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
