Nancy Jane was born and raised in Nogales, Arizona to Kort and Enriqueta Neumann on January 24, 1933. She is the youngest of six children. In 1954 Nancy was the Queen of the Fiesta de Cinco de Mayo and in 1957 she met the love of her life William (Bill) P. Fellars. She is survived by three children, Georgia, Roxy and Bryan. She has six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She will be forever missed and always in our hearts.
