Michael Anthony Escobedo born October 14, 1971 in Houston, Texas passed away February 23, 2020 in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 48. He is survived by his wife, Katrina Escobedo of Tucson, Arizona and together they had 5 boys Michael Jr. (surviving parent Beatriz Padilla), Diego, Fabian, Deangelo, and Gianni. He is also survived by his parents, Baldemar Escobedo Jr., Delia Reina, his grandmother, Estella Escobedo, siblings, Priscilla Sandoval (James), Juan J. Escobedo (Kimberly), Ray Pena, Roy Pena, Frank Trujillo, Veronica Woods (James), Jason Escobedo (Sonia), Jennifer Vasquez (Jay), and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends. He is proceeded in death by his twin brother, Henry Escobedo, grandparents, Baldemar Escobedo Sr. of Houston, Texas, Juan and Dolores Bustos of Nixon, Texas, Lucilla Escobedo of Houston, Texas and Leno Reina of Leesville, Texas.
Michael worked as an HVAC Technician for Air Tropics owned by his dear friend, Jason Harris. Michael was a loving husband and father who enjoyed coaching his sons and others and looked forward to spending time and barbequing for his family and friends. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan. Michael knew no stranger and was always willing to give you the shirt off of his back. Michael was a very special person with a heart the size of his beloved state of Texas. He would light up any room he entered with his warm smile, kind words, and the way he treated everyone he met. He loved and cared deeply for everyone around him whether it was his family, friends, or co-workers and he never held back in showing his feelings for us all. Michael’s love was immeasurable as he will be greatly missed by all.
