Mary Lou is my mother in law and my childrens "Grandma Nonny".  We will forever cherish our memories of her.

WHAT A JOY IT IS TO PAY TRIBUTE TO MY YOUNGER SISTER, MARY LOU. I HAVE A PHOTO OF HER IN 1929 WHERE I HAVE A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE WELCOMING HER AS A TINY BABY INTO THE FAMILY. SHE GREW UP TO BE A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, WITH ALWAYS A SMILE ON HER FACE, AND WHO EASILY ATTRACTED FRIENDS. HER MARRIAGE TO BOB AND THE RAISING OF JULIE AND BRAD GAVE GREAT SUBSTANCE AND MEANING TO A LONG LIFE, WELL LIVED.
    THE FAMOUS POET THOMAS CAMPBELL ONCE WROTE: "TO LIVE IN THE HEARTS OF THOSE WE LEAVE BEHIND IS NOT TO DIE".THIS ULTIMATELY WAS MARY LOU'S GREATEST GIFT TO US, HER LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP FOR FAMILY, RELATIVES, AND FRIENDS. IN THAT SENSE HER BEAUTIFUL SOUL LIVES ON IN ALL OF OUR HEARTS.
     TO JULIE AND BRAD GREAT THANKS FOR YOUR COMPASSION AND CARE TO MAKE THE LAST ILLNESS OF MARY LOU AS COMFORTABLE AND PAIN FREE AS POSSIBLE.

Mary Lou you have been a part of my life for almost 50 years. I hope that you are at peace. And you and Bob and my folks are together again, sharing so many good times. I am greatful that I had a chance to see you to hold your hand and to shed a tear or two and to have a few laughs.  You are very special to me. I will miss picking up that phone and calling you just to hear your voice and to hear you say "what a wonderful and fabulous gal you are."  But I know one day I will not just hear your voice I will see you!  Always and forever in my heart you shall be!!!!

I remember our laughs at the stupidest  things - you were such a joy to know.  My prayers are with you, my dear friend.
