Our Shining Star 🌟

This loving beautiful mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend was called home to heaven at the young age of 31. She goes on to be with her grandfather Carlos Garcia, grandmother Rose Mary Garcia, aunt Monica Garcia, and cousin Angelita Garcia. Survived by her parents Gabriel Reyes and mother Olivia Tolentino. Her sons Roy Alvarado, Adam Gutierrez, Christian Gutierrez, daughter Aaliyah Gutierrez. Maria's siblings Gabriel Reyes, Monica Rodriguez (Lowdis), and Anissa Carrillo ( Marlene).

Maria will be missed by many family and friends who love her. Maria had a big heart. She was a go getter and loved life. Joyful, funny, smart, and beautiful. Never greedy and always ready to help when needed. She will always be our shining star. Even though she has passed away we still have the blessings that she left to us, her children. We'll cherish every memory, and she will forever have a place in our hearts. And with a heavy heart we let her go knowing she is in a better place and one day we will see her again.

God Blessed me with a beautiful baby girl. When I first saw and held you in my arms you took my breath away. I loved you with all my heart and I thanked God. I was Blessed to have you in my life for 31 wonderful years. I know that God called you home and it was his plan. Now God holds you in his arms, no more pain or sorrow. You will always be loved and missed from a distance always and always. Rest now baby girl your home. -Mom

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 8am- 3pm at Oasis Assembly of God 7651 S. Gila Ave, Tucson, AZ 85745 following burial at Monte Calvario Cemetery 5149 W. Omokol Tucson, AZ 85757 at 3:30pm- 4pm.
