Lupe Aros Goff

In loving memory of Lupe Goff (neé Guadalupe Leon Aros), a radiant soul who departed from this world on Saturday, January 27th. Born to Maria Louisa Leon and Rafael F Aros, Lupe's life was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering devotion.

Lupe joined her late husband Larry Goff in eternal peace, leaving behind a legacy of love through her surviving children: Daniel Valdez, Michelle Denise Galindo (Mario), and Jennifer Garcia. While her son Michael C. Goff is no longer with us, his memory remains cherished.

Her seven grandchildren, Serena, Daniel, Ashia, Kara, Mario Michael, Giana, and Ariane, along with her seven great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Billy, Jackson, Violet, Ava, Maya, and Benny, were the heartbeat of her joy. In 1967, Lupe and her family embraced Tucson, Arizona, as their home after moving from Ajo, leaving an indelible mark on the community.

Lupe dedicated years of her life to serving others in school cafeterias, where her warmth and kindness touched the lives of countless children. Beyond her work, she found joy in sewing, cooking, attending church, shopping, and volunteering at St. Monica’s Church, where her spirit of service continued to shine.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Soulistic Hospice and Lupe's dedicated caregivers, Jasmine and Leticia, for their compassionate care during her final days.

As we bid farewell to Lupe, let us remember the love she shared, the memories she created, and the impact she had on those fortunate enough to know her. May her soul find eternal peace, and may her spirit live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

A visitation for Lupe will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.

A rosary, followed by a funeral mass, will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at St Monica Roman Catholic Parish, 212 W Medina Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756.

A committal and burial, with reception to follow, will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
