Luis Abel Salazar

Luis was known by many nicknames and terms of endearment over the years, but the ones he loved most were father and grandfather. Luis valued honesty, integrity, hard work, and dedication. This was seen in the long lasting marriage to his wife Francisca, and the upbringing of his three sons; Luis Jr (Angelica), Angel, and Sergio, and his loving grandchildren Abel, Yesenia, Leilani, and Amanda.

Luis had that rare combination of the love of life and understanding what was important - living life with those you love.

Anyone that knew Luis, knew that a good fire, good music, and friends and family was his good time. Luis had that awareness of the importance of a life lived with the ones you love was a greater gift than any material possession.

Luis will be missed, as there is now a light from our household gone. A voice that we loved is stilled. There is a space in our hearts that can never be filled. The hard working hands of one so loved now rest, only proving to those that loved him, God only takes the best.
